Von Thärigen Studio
The mind behind.
Von Thärigen Studio was founded by Marina Thärigen, an architect specializing in Hotel Planning & Design at Cornell University (United States). Her international academic background, combined with her experience as a hotel manager, has allowed her to develop a comprehensive view of hospitality, understanding design not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also from the point of view of operation, profitability, and the actual use of space. This operational experience sets the studio apart and translates into projects designed for everyday use: from layout and functionality to the selection of equipment, materials, and systems that optimize the operation of each establishment. Throughout her career, Marina has traveled and worked in different countries, deepening her knowledge of hotel culture and international construction and design standards. Her professional experience at one of Egypt's leading architecture studios was particularly influential, providing her with an interdisciplinary vision and a deep understanding of complex, multicultural, and large-scale projects. Today, the studio develops projects in Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru, and the United States, working closely with local teams, specialized suppliers, and international consultants.
